At SweatLab USA LLC, we are committed to delivering quality fitness coaching and training services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted.
1. Personal Training & Coaching Services
- All sales are final once a training package, membership, or service is purchased.
- Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control.
- Sessions missed by the client without at least 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not refunded.
2. Cancellations
- If you cancel your package or service before the first session begins, you may receive a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).
- If you have already started sessions, refunds will be prorated based on unused sessions, minus an administrative fee.
3. Online Coaching Plans
- Once digital workout or nutrition plans have been delivered, they are non-refundable.
- Refunds for online coaching will only be considered if no services have yet been provided.
4. Special Programs, Events & Promotions
- Payments for workshops, challenges, or promotional programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SweatLab USA LLC.
